I bought these because I liked that it wasn't marked with an ugly logo. They are comfortable, and can handle alot of my power lifting weight.

The more I got into weightlifting and the older I got, the more my wrists hurt and the weaker my grip strength got especially when I was lifting heavy for the lower body. These are so helpful and allow me to lift heavy while providing relief fr my wrists and hands.
These are very well made wrist support hooks. They extend your workout weight handling range by transferring part of the pulling load from your fingers to your wrists. This can help significantly when your lats are stronger or have more pulling duration before failure than your fingers curled around a bar or other round handle, in pulling exercises. You can continue to develop these larger muscles to hypertrophy or failure with heavy weights, even though you have reached the gripping limits of your curled fingers. They can also be used in picking up heavy dumbbells or weight bars, or any equipment that you need to pull on with your fingers. The hooks are significantly more comfortable against your curled palms than most padded bars, and particularly knurled metal bars.
