Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Fee
If you are returning items, you are responsible for return shipping costs. You should ship your return yourself. We recommend using an insured, traceable method and we are not responsible for lost packages. In the unlikely event that we have inadvertently shipped you the wrong item, or you have received a damaged item, please email our customer service team at customerservice@chick-active.store immediately so that we can save your return shipping fee and replace the item for you. Replacement items will be shipped free of charge.
Exchanges
If you need to start an exchange, follow the same instructions as you would return the item, please send email to customerservice@chick-active.store. We will ship the replacement once the returned item is received. consumer should be responsible for the return shipping fee for any return reason. seller responsible for the re-send shipping fee for standard shipping method only.
Refund Time
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
